Noosa Boathouse, Australia
Established on the Noosa River in April 2005, the pontoon was initially designed as the IBM Communications Hub in Darling Harbour for the Sydney 2000 Olympics.
Once it had served its purpose, it was reconstructed in Noosa as a three-level bistro, bar and events destination. Operated by current owner Phil Bradford, it has established itself as an iconic Noosa experience. The business has evolved into what is now a Queensland Tourism Award winning floating bistro, bar and events destination offering unique experiences for all occasions.

The Langham, London
The Langham, London is a five star luxury hotel located in the heart of London’s West End. Established in 1865, The Langham was the city’s first ‘Grand Hotel’ and is still one of London’s most prestigious establishments. Once the largest commercial building in London, it is now Heritage Listed and admired for its 150-year-old history. The Langham’s rich cultural history and Victorian appeal has established the hotel as a London icon and an English landmark.

Alila Villas, Uluwatu
Alila Villas, Uluwatu was designed in 2009 under EarthCheck’s Building Planning and Design (BPDS) standard. The resort was the first in Indonesia to receive this certification. It subsequently opening in 2010 and entered the EarthCheck benchmarking and certification program. In 2014 Alila Villas, Uluwatu received EarthCheck Gold certification. This means that the sustainable design and operations of the resort have been continuously certified for five years.

Oamaru Blue Penguin Colony, New Zealand
The Oamaru Blue Penguin Colony is located between Christchurch and Dunedin in the south island of New Zealand. Owned by Waitaki District Council, the colony is Oamaur’s largest tourist attraction and received in excess of 75,000 visitors each year.

Creeksyde, New Zealand
Queenstown TOP 10 Holiday Park, Creekside, was established in 1987 in the pristine mountain and alpine area of Queenstown, New Zealand. The park was originally a site for camper vans and has grown into a popular holiday accommodation park that offers a wide range of facilities and accommodation types. The 3.5 acre site provides a more up-market site for caravan users, providing luxury facilities that are not found in most other campsites.
